We are recruiting a Helpdesk Compliance Manager to join the Facilities Maintenance (Hard FM) team at St Pancras Hospital, supporting a large, live healthcare environment across the Camden & Islington contract.

Job Description

This is a Hard FM compliance and governance role, embedded within the helpdesk and CAFM function. The role is responsible for controlling, monitoring, and assuring statutory, mandatory, and routine maintenance activity through the CAFM system (Concept Evolution), ensuring 100% PPM compliance and reactive performance in line with contractual KPIs.

You will act as the central point of control for Hard FM compliance, working closely with the technical site engineering teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to provide full visibility, assurance, and continuous improvement across the maintenance programme.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the CAFM helpdesk, ensuring accurate logging, scheduling, and closure of PPM and reactive maintenance

Ensure all statutory, mandatory, and routine maintenance is completed, evidenced, and reported in line with legislation, healthcare standards, and SFG20

Monitor PPM compliance and reactive performance, escalating risks to meet KPIs

Manage asset data, job plans, maintenance schedules, and compliance records in Concept Evolution

Align PPM task libraries and job plans with SFG20, HTMs, HBNs, and Trust requirements

Audit completed works for technical accuracy, compliance, and evidence quality

Produce compliance dashboards and reports for management and clients

Support contractor controls, including permits, inductions, and statutory inspection

Maintain engineer training, competencies, and certification records

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Proven experience in a Helpdesk or Compliance Manager role within Hard FM

Strong working knowledge of SFG20 maintenance standards and statutory compliance requirements

Experience operating CAFM systems, ideally Concept Evolution

Background in facilities maintenance, engineering, or compliance governance (healthcare or regulated environments preferred)

Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret data and convert it into clear compliance insight

Confident communicator, able to challenge, influence, and work effectively with engineers, subcontractors, and clients

Comfortable managing high-volume activity, competing priorities, and strict performance deadlines

If you have a strong PPM and Helpdesk management background and are looking for a facilities-focused role within a healthcare environment, we’d like to hear from you.
