The role will provide the perfect opportunity to gain further experience in the management of inpatient major trauma, and frail older people alongside our specialist teams. The posts will develop skills in holistic care and multi-speciality working that are relevant to all branches of medicine and surgery. There will be opportunities within the trauma service for candidates to develop non-clinical areas of interest such as quality assurance, clinical governance and education, including simulation.
At the RVI there is the opportunity to join grand rounds and to attend weekly teaching delivered via Emergency Medicine. The OPM weekly teaching is currently held in the FRH but the opportunity to join remotely from the RVI site is in development.
As a flexible working friendly organisation, we want to be sure that you can work in a way that is best for us and for our patients, and for you.
