Summary
Practice Plus Group is the UKs leading independent provider of NHS services to patient in Secure Environments prisons, immigration removal centres (IRCs) and non-custodial services, and Integrated Urgent Care - NHS 111, Out-of-Hours (OOH) and Clinical Assessment Centres (CAS). We are recruiting for a It Service Management Coordinator to support the wider IT team. This role is a newly created role to support the needs of the business. The ITSM Coordinator leads core IT Service Management Practices including Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Records Management, and Project Managementwhile ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 20000 and providing procurement support for IT services. The role will drive stability, governance, and continuous improvement enabling reliable delivery aligned to business outcomes. Hours Monday - Friday 0830 - 1700 Hybrid working a possibility. Salary Up to £45,000 depending on experience. How will we support you?
