Site Manager - Construction

Location: Malvern / Midlands (Site-based)

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee and manage all on-site activities to achieve successful project completion.
• Ensure industry-leading health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained at all times.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce to deliver planned works.
• Produce and monitor short-term programmes aligned with overall project schedules.
• Monitor costs and ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of works.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, including clients and project teams.

Who You Are

We're looking for a candidate who:

• Has proven experience in a Site Manager or similar on-site leadership role within construction.
• Has proven experience in a range of sectors, including Education, Healthcare, commercial, and Leisure
• Demonstrates strong leadership, organisational skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Has excellent communication skills and the confidence to manage subcontractors and site teams.
• Understands and enforces robust health & safety procedures.
