Summary
We are a homelessness charity whose aim is to provide support and encouragement for the homeless community. We offer a better quality of life by providing accommodation which gives our guests the stability to take greater responsibility for their lives.
About you
keen to make a difference to people's lives by supporting and assisting those who have fallen on hard times
Previous experience in a support or other relevant role
Excellent communication skills and an empathetic nature
Able to deal with the situations that occur from being homeless
Can work unsociable hours in accordance with the hostel's needs
About the role
Assisting in the day to day intensive housing management of HMO accommodation
The post holder will be responsible for the day to day operation of the units – housing, access, mediation, administration, monitoring, daily report writing
Participation in staff development & training and support the overall ethos of our Christian Charity
