Senior Domiciliary Care Worker – Join Our Team
Location: Nottingham area, 37.5 Hours: Full time £12.81 per hour + mileage

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior Care Worker to support our clients and staff team, uphold compliance standards, and contribute to excellent care outcomes.
The Role
As a Senior Care Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting and mentoring care staff during visits and supervisions
• Completing spot checks, competency assessments, and care reviews
• Delivering high quality personal care and support to clients
• Updating care plans, risk assessments, and electronic records (e.g., Nourish/QCS)
• Responding to emergencies, safeguarding concerns, and changes in need
• Participating in on call duties on a rota basis
• Promoting dignity, independence, and person centred practice at all times
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in domiciliary care (minimum 1 year in a senior role preferred)
• Strong understanding of CQC standards and best practice
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem solving skills
• Ability to lead by example and support junior staff
• Confident using digital care systems (e.g., Nourish, Care planner, QCS)
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Qualifications
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, Care Certificate (Level 3 desirable or willingness to work towards it)
• Mandatory training up to date (or willingness to refresh)
