Summary
Within Occupational Health & Staff Wellbeing: --To work within professional guidelines and under the direct supervision of a qualified Practitioner Psychologist to deliver, support and enhance the provision of psychological care for staff of London North West Healthcare NHS Trust. The Occupational Health Service is based on all three sites: Northwick Park Hospital, Central Middlesex Hospital, and Ealing Hospital, with its primary base being Northwick Park. -To take responsibility for clinically related administration, managing patient records, database and activity recording for the psychology team, collection of statistics, development and conduct of audit and/or research projects, teaching in relation to psychological wellbeing and other activities related to clinical governance. -To support staff wellbeing initiatives of all kinds throughout the Trust under the direct supervision of a qualified Practitioner Psychologist Within Critical Care:- To work within professional guidelines and under the direct supervision of a qualified Practitioner Psychologist to deliver, support and enhance the psychological care of patients and their families within Critical Care services at London North West Healthcare NHS Trust.
