ROLE: Nursery Practitioner
LOCATION: Kilburn Park
SALARY: £28,500 + company benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week
Flame Recruitment is currently looking for a Nursery Nurse / Nursery Practitioner to join our clients nursery, based in Kilburn Park. This role will give you 6 weeks off over the year. You don’t need to be qualified for this role. just experienced….
Working in the baby room and floating to the toddler room, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone keen to enhance their career in childcare within a supportive and friendly team environment.
Key Responsibilities for the Nursery Nurse / Nursery Practitioner :
• Responsible for the delivery of our 'learning through play’ educational ethos
• Innovating with activities and constantly challenging your children’s learning and development
• Building and maintaining excellent relationships with parents
• Promoting child welfare and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed
To be considered for this Nursery Nurse / Nursery Practitioner role, you need to be:
• Passionate about education and making a difference to the lives of children
• Possesses a positive, 'glass half full' attitude.
• Driven by a ‘make it happen’ attitude
• Loves providing excellent customer service and making people happy.

• Has experience within a childcare setting.
• Knowledge of the EYFS and PREVENT.
