What You’ll Be Doing:
• Designing and delivering an ambitious SEND strategy that raises attainment and wellbeing
• Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a motivated team of TAs, LSAs, and teaching staff
• Coordinating all aspects of EHCP processes and annual reviews
• Building outstanding partnerships with families, external agencies, and governors
• Driving innovative interventions and tracking pupil progress rigorously

Ideal SENDCO for this Enfield School:
• UK-trained with QTS and substantial SEND classroom or leadership experience
