• Championing positive student behaviour across classrooms and social spaces
• De-escalating and refocusing challenging situations with confidence and care
• Developing individual behaviour plans alongside SENDCo and specialist teams
• Delivering targeted intervention sessions to unlock progress
• Acting as a key role model for resilience, self-regulation, and ambition
• Collaborating with parents, outside agencies, and teaching staff to maximise student success
