What You’ll Be Doing:
• Designing and delivering whole-school SEND strategy as SENDCO
• Leading personalised EHCP reviews, working with multidisciplinary teams
• Coaching teachers and support staff on outstanding differentiation
• Building trusted partnerships with families, specialists and agencies
• Analysing progress data to ensure high-impact, evidence-based interventions
• Driving a culture of high aspirations for all pupils with SEND

Ideal SENDCO for this Wandsworth School:
• UK-trained, passionate SENDCO with robust mainstream experience
• Holds QTS and the National SENCO Award (or willingness to achieve)
• References demonstrate Good/Outstanding teaching and leadership
• Relishes innovation, is data-literate, strategic, and solution-focused

• ECTs with substantial SEND experience will be supported
