• Crafting and leading dynamic SEND provision school-wide
• Overseeing EHCPs, diagnostics, and targeted interventions

• Collaborating with external agencies, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Driving strategic reviews and continuous improvement of SEND practices
• Championing student voice and building bespoke, aspirational pathways
