Role Title

Internal Sales Executive (B2B, OEMs)

Reporting To

Sales Director

Personal Requirements

  • Proven experience in new business development within B2B environments, particularly with OEM customers.
  • Strong sales conversation and negotiation skills.
  • Tenacious, flexible, and enthusiastic approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Comfortable making cold calls by telephone, with a confident and professional phone manner.
  • Strong communication skills at all levels.
  • Based within commuting distance of Ashford, Kent, or willing to travel there daily.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive daily telephone sales activity.
  • Identify new OEM opportunities and promote the company's product and service range.
  • Generate and qualify leads.
  • Process sales and purchase orders where required.
  • Maintain and update CRM records (training provided if needed).
  • Contribute to profitability and ongoing sales growth in line with individual and team targets.

Package

  • Basic salary from £28,000 per annum+, dependent on experience.
  • Quarterly bonus scheme in line with company policy (subject to qualifying period).
  • 20 days paid annual leave (pro rata).
