Summary
You will provide line management, supervision and professional support to the Clinical Directors and through them. The Consultant Psychiatrists and NMACs within the Divisions. Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering a culture of open communication, reflective practice and shared clinical leadership. You will actively contribute to clinical governance structures and promote compliance with CQC standards and professional codes of practice.
