Summary
Work commitments: Summary: One weekly operating list at WH. 2 clinics per week. Weekly local and specialist uro-oncology MDT meetings at WH and UCLH To take part in the WH on call rota. In conjunction with consultant colleagues, to ensure that the requirements of clinical governance are met and regularly attend the relevant Trust Committees supporting the clinical governance structure. To take on appropriate management responsibilities, and lead in developments appropriate to interests and experience of the new appointee. To take an active part in teaching and training. To contribute to the management of the clinical service and service development. To contribute to the research and development of the department. To ensure that there are adequate arrangements for hospital staff involved in the care of patients to be able to contact you when necessary. The Trust commits to the appointee having equitable working conditions to their colleagues. In case the appointee attends the on call out of working hours through the night.
