Summary
We’re on the lookout for a friendly individual to join our photo and print shop.
Role Overview:
You’ll be the welcoming face of our shop—taking print orders, helping customers, processing photo orders, and supporting our online presence.
Hours would be Thursday and Friday mornings - 9am - 1pm
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers with all print and stationery enquiries
• Operate photo lab equipment - photo prints, enlargements, and photo gifts
• Create and schedule social media content (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Monitor messages and comments, responding in a friendly, timely manner
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming shop environment
• Handle payments and manage stock levels
What we’re looking for:
• Confident communicator with a warm, approachable manner
• Basic computer skills; photo editing or design software experience a plus
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Ability to multitask
• Previous retail, photo lab, or social media experience preferred but not essential—training provided
