Summary

Registered General Nurse – Borehamwood

Our client is seeking a Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join their residential care service, providing nursing care for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified and compassionate nurse with a valid NMC PIN to work in a person-centred, values-led environment.

The Role

As a Registered General Nurse, you will provide clinical care to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and development of residents. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care
• Completing assessments, implementing care plans, and evaluating outcomes
• Administering medications in line with professional standards
• Supporting residents with complex needs, including respite care for young people aged 16–18
• Working collaboratively with the wider care team to maintain a safe and supportive environment

Candidate Requirements

• Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
• Experience in adult nursing, preferably in residential or disability care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to person-centred, flexible, and inclusive care

The Service

Our clients service is a residential home in Borehamwood with nursing care for 24 adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. The service also provides respite care for young people aged 16–18. The home offers a spacious, accessible environment with modern facilities and daily nursing support.
