Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Community Investment team as an Involvement & Engagement Co-Ordinator. Through the "Coastline Conversation" you will facilitate a range of customer engagement activities to ensure a diverse range of customer voices are being listened to and acted upon to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

This is a varied and rewarding role; you will be involved in delivering impactful community and engagement work, providing employability and upskilling opportunities to enhance our customers’ quality of life. You will have demonstratable experience in delivering community development projects, and be confident collaborating with both internal and external partners. You will have awareness of the Tenant Satisfaction Measures and the National Housing Federation’s Together with Tenants initiative, and an understanding of the role of scrutiny and co-regulation to lead service reviews.

As an Involvement & Engagement Co-Ordinator, you will be working with customers with varied needs, so you must be flexible in your approach, with excellent listening skills and a high level of empathy and understanding. This role requires a full driving licence, access to a vehicle, and is subject to a Enhanced DBS check.
