Summary
Daily Operations Leader 50% In this role I lead the smooth running of day-to-day operations to ensure that the practice is safe, reliable and well-coordinated for patients and staff. Team Developer 25% In this role I recruit, develop and support people to ensure that the practice has capable, confident teams who can do their best work. Governance and Compliance Lead 12.5% In this role I lead governance and compliance to ensure that our systems, processes and records are safe, accurate and meet regulatory standards. Communication Coordinator 12.5% In this role I coordinate communication and meetings to ensure that information flows well across the practice and externally. I ensure that patients and the community have accessible timely information about the practice.
