Summary

Dynamic X Plus Ltd is a Wales-based digital and immersive technology company working across construction, Manufacturing and advanced engineering sectors. We are currently expanding our UK operations and international presence and have been selected for the Welsh Government Export Programme, with market visits planned for Canada in February 2026, followed by the USA, Dubai, and Australia.

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Office Manager with a strong finance and administration background to support the day-to-day running of the business. This role is central to our operations and involves close coordination with company directors, investors, HMRC, and external accountants.

The successful candidate will manage office administration, support finance-related tasks such as invoices, expenses, payroll coordination, and VAT documentation, and ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with the Admin part. They will also assist with internal coordination, scheduling, reporting, and communication across teams and external partners.

This role would suit a highly organised, proactive, and energetic individual who is comfortable handling responsibility, confidential information, and working in a growing, fast-paced business environment.
