Summary
Reception Teaching Assistant - Long-Term Role
We are working closely with a welcoming and inclusive primary school who are seeking a dedicated Reception Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team on a long-term basis.
This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm, supporting children in a Reception class during a crucial stage of their learning and development.
About the Role:
As a Reception Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital part in creating a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment where every child feels supported and valued. You will work closely with the class teacher to deliver high-quality learning experiences and provide targeted support to pupils, including those who may require additional help.
Phonics experience is extremely desirable, as you will be supporting early reading and language development through structured phonics sessions and small group interventions.
