Are you passionate about supporting young people who need a champion in their corner?Hays Education is recruiting Behaviour Mentors across Northamptonshire to work with pupils who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

‍ What You'll Be Doing✓ Building strong, trusting relationships with students

✓ Supporting pupils with emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
✓ Working alongside teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams
✓ Helping children develop confidence, independence, and resilience

✔️ What We're Looking For

* Minimum 1 year working with children or young people with SEMH or challenging behaviour
* Backgrounds in sports coaching, youth work, social care, early years, mentoring etc.
* A calm, patient, and resilient approach
