MSSI Group Ltd is currently recruiting an experienced Traffic Marshal for an ongoing project based in Birmingham (B35 7BT). This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious Traffic Marshal to secure consistent work on a well-managed site.

Role: Traffic Marshal

Pay Rate

  • £14.57 p/h - PAYE Direct
  • Rolled-in Holiday Pay: +12.07%

Role Responsibilities

As a Traffic Marshal, your duties will include:

  • Controlling and directing site traffic safely and efficiently
  • Managing vehicle and pedestrian movements on site
  • Communicating clearly with plant operators and site teams
  • Ensuring all traffic management procedures comply with site safety regulations
  • Supporting safe access and egress throughout the working day

✅ Requirements

To be considered for this Traffic Marshal role, you must have:

  • Valid Blue CPCS Card
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Proven experience working as a Traffic Marshal
  • Strong awareness of site safety and traffic management practices
