MSSI Group Ltd is currently recruiting an experienced Multiskilled Operative for an ongoing project based in Birmingham (B35 7BT). This is an excellent opportunity for a capable and reliable Multiskilled Operative to secure steady work on a well-managed construction site.

Role: Multiskilled Operative

Pay Rate

  • £17.37 p/h - PAYE Direct
  • Rolled-in Holiday Pay: +12.07%

Role Responsibilities

As a Multiskilled Operative, your duties may include:

  • Carrying out a variety of groundworks and general civils tasks
  • Assisting with excavation, concreting, drainage, and reinstatement works
  • Operating small plant and equipment where tickets allow
  • Supporting machine operators and site supervisors
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working area
  • Working efficiently as part of a team to meet site deadlines
  • Following site drawings, instructions, and health & safety procedures

✅ Requirements

To be considered for this Multiskilled Operative role, you must have:

  • Valid Blue CSCS Card
  • CPCS or NPORS Card
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Proven experience working as a Multiskilled Operative
  • Good understanding of site safety and civil construction practices
