MSSI Group Ltd is currently recruiting an experienced Multiskilled Operative for an ongoing project based in Birmingham (B35 7BT). This is an excellent opportunity for a capable and reliable Multiskilled Operative to secure steady work on a well-managed construction site.

Pay Rate
- £17.37 p/h - PAYE Direct
- Rolled-in Holiday Pay: +12.07%
Role Responsibilities
As a Multiskilled Operative, your duties may include:
- Carrying out a variety of groundworks and general civils tasks
- Assisting with excavation, concreting, drainage, and reinstatement works
- Operating small plant and equipment where tickets allow
- Supporting machine operators and site supervisors
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working area
- Working efficiently as part of a team to meet site deadlines
- Following site drawings, instructions, and health & safety procedures
✅ Requirements
To be considered for this Multiskilled Operative role, you must have:
- Valid Blue CSCS Card
- CPCS or NPORS Card
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Proven experience working as a Multiskilled Operative
- Good understanding of site safety and civil construction practices
