MSSI Group Ltd is currently recruiting an experienced 360 Excavator Operator for an active construction project based in Birmingham (B35 7BT). This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and safety-focused 360 Excavator Operator to secure consistent work on a well-established site.

Role: 360 Excavator Operator
Pay Rate
- £18.91 p/h - PAYE Direct
- Rolled-in Holiday Pay: +12.07%
Role Responsibilities
As a 360 Excavator Operator, your duties will include:
- Operating a 360 excavator safely and efficiently on site
- Carrying out excavation works including trenching, bulk dig, and grading
- Working around live services and within confined site areas when required
- Supporting groundworks, drainage, and general civils operations
- Carrying out daily machine checks and basic maintenance
- Working closely with Groundworkers, Gangers, and Site Supervisors
- Following all site safety procedures and RAMS at all times
✅ Requirements
To be considered for this 360 Excavator Operator role, you must have:
- Valid Blue CPCS Card
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Proven experience operating a 360 Excavator on construction or civil engineering projects
- Strong awareness of health & safety and site regulations
