We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Childcare Worker to join our Flying Start team, supporting children aged 2-3 years old to give them the best start in life.

What we're looking for:
- Someone who has a genuine passion for working with young children.
- A caring, motivated, and reliable individual who is committed to supporting children's development.
- Experience or understanding of multi-agency working to support families holistically.
- Will hold a relevant Level 3 childcare qualification ideally be working towards a level 4 leadership and management qualification as set out in the Social Care Wales qualification Framework for Flying Start.
