What We’re Looking For
* Essential qualification: Swim England or STA Level 2 Swimming Teaching Qualification
* Skills & attributes: A strong focus on safety and creating a nurturing learning environment; excellent communication skills for
engaging swimmers and liaising with parents; confidence with electronic systems for managing registers and operations; a
proactive attitude towards learning and development
* Desirable (but not required): R.L.S.S. National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or First Aid Certificate
