Are you someone who loves helping others feel their best and live life to the fullest? We’d love for you to join us at LED Leisure
as a Fitness & Wellbeing Coach, right here at Exmouth Leisure Centre. You’ll play a key part in supporting our members on their
health and wellbeing journeys—all in a friendly, community-focused space.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Carry out fitness MOTs and put together personalised training plans for our members
* Be there for people throughout their fitness journey and help us keep members coming back
* Lead group exercise classes if you’re qualified—don’t worry, we’ll support you
* Share your wellbeing knowledge and give advice to anyone who asks
* Help us keep the centre safe, clean, and welcoming
* Show visitors around, talk about memberships, and engage with customers
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
* A Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification (YMCA or equivalent)
* Great communication skills and a friendly, team-player attitude
* A real passion for fitness, health, and making a difference in the community
* Bonus points if you have a First Aid certificate, Exercise to Music, or other coaching qualifications!
