About Us
We are a small team, collecting contributions from developer to mitigate against the impact of the significant amount of development taking place in Oxfordshire. We collect funding for a range of infrastructure such as schools, libraries, highway works and wate management.
We work closely with service areas to help them develop their plans and projects for spending funding and advise on appropriate funding to use.
About the Role
Your role is to record the details from signed legal agreements onto a database.You will monitor compliance with the legal agreements, ensuring that contributions are invoiced and recorded accurately when they become due. This includes calculations to ensure that the correct amounts are charged.You will provide management information regarding the agreements you are responsible for and will liaise with developers regarding queries they may have on the agreements they are party to.
About you
- You will be effective working in a team setting or on anindividualbasis.
- You will be able to manage your own time and work to deadlines.
- Your customer service skills will be well developed enabling you to build effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
- You'll be familiar with Microsoft packages and have the ability to learn how to use software specific to the service.
- You will be able to demonstrate that you are comfortable with undertaking financial calculations and can pay attention to detail to maintain accuracy.
- You will also be able tounderstandand interpret legal documents to enable you to record data accurately, invoice correctly and advise appropriately.
- You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change at short notice.
