Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of social workers to ensure high standards of practice.
Develop, implement, and evaluate service delivery strategies to enhance client outcomes.
Provide expert guidance and support to team members on complex casework.
Conduct assessments and reviews of social work practices to ensure compliance with policies.
Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to promote integrated service delivery.
Facilitate training and professional development opportunities for social work staff.
Monitor case management processes and provide feedback to enhance service efficiency.
Requirements
A recognized social work degree or equivalent qualification and valid social work registration.
Proven experience in social work with a focus on leadership and management roles.
In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in social work.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
Experience in case management and complex assessment processes.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment.
Commitment to professional development and ongoing training in social work practice.
