As our Process & Procedure Lead you will manage a Process and Process Business Partner and will assume responsibility for a project to develop a Knowledge Hub using SharePoint, for which initial work has begun, collaborating with teams to gather and upload existing processes and procedures to the platform. You'll be responsible for assessing the current state of processes and procedures and providing recommendations for a Group-wide approach that incorporates best practice and reflects the existing landscape.

This is a six-month contract, with the potential for extension based on the outcomes of the work. What are we looking for?

-Proven experience of leading on process and procedure governance within an organisation

-Professional certification in process such as Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black belt) or Business Process Management

-Experience of managing and coaching people

-Experience leading projects involving Knowledge Management systems (e.g SharePoint), process and procedure mapping and improvements

-Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence at all levels

-Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills

-Project delivery ability, skilled in planning, prioritising and delivering short-term and long-term objectives

-Technically competent in SharePoint and process mapping tools (including Visio)

-Strong at leading projects involving multiple stakeholders and making recommendations to senior leaders

-Health Cash Plan worth up to £1700 p/a with cashback for dental, optical, physio and complementary therapies and more
