Summary
WE are hiring for a Care Coordinator to join our team, we are a well established Care Agency , with well established rounds .
We are looking for some one who has experience in a similar role ,and ideally has NVQ Level 3 ( or willing to work towards )
Must drive and have own car .
Some one who can work well under pressure , Can prioritise work load efficiently. is a good team player , and Polite .
Hours are Mon-Fri 9-5 ( On Call on Rotation )
Salary Negotiable, depending on Experience and Qualifications .
