About Hyde

Our Property Services team ensures that homes are kept in great condition, and our customers receive the best possible service. We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive individual to join our Property Maintenance team as a Property Services Administrator.

The Role

As a Property Services Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customers reporting property repair issues. You’ll handle repair enquiries, support customer satisfaction surveys, assist with complaints, and provide essential administrative support to the team. Your work will help ensure a smooth and seamless service for our residents while contributing to improvements in our processes and customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Handle property repair enquiries transferred from our Customer Service Centre.
Work with trades staff, contractors, and other teams to troubleshoot and resolve repair issues.
Support the complaints process by providing information and helping to investigate concerns.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, ensuring information is up to date and accessible.
Act as a point of contact for the team, helping to resolve requests, queries, and issues.
Assist with customer satisfaction surveys, gather feedback, and contribute to service improvements.
Manage and maintain multiple team mailboxes efficiently.
Build and maintain positive relationships with contractors and suppliers to deliver a seamless service.
Contribute ideas to enhance customer service and improve the overall resident experience.
What We’re Looking For

Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
