What You’ll Be Doing:
• Steering the identification and support of pupils with SEND across year groups
• Crafting and delivering impactful EHCPs and personalised strategies
• Training and inspiring staff on effective SEND practices and high-impact interventions
• Liaising with parents, external agencies, and council specialists to secure best outcomes
• Monitoring, evaluating and continuously improving SEND provision at every level
