Salary: Quest Grade E, £22,052 - £23,941 per annum. £15.56 - £16.89 per hour
32.5 hours per week, term time working 38 weeks per year.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team, supporting children across our Hindley and Abram schools. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of pupils by providing high-quality support in the classroom and helping to raise standards.
Who Should Apply?
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented data professional who is excited about using data to drive school improvement and enhance decision-making across a growing Multi-Academy Trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality support to pupils, including those with additional needs.
- Working closely with teachers to plan and deliver engaging learning activities.
- Supporting pupils’ intellectual, physical, and social development.
- Assisting with the management of pupil behaviour in line with school policies.
- Contributing to the monitoring and assessment of pupil progress.
- Supporting pupils both individually and in groups to ensure their learning needs are met.
