Your Role:

  • Support primary pupils with additional needs in the classroom and beyond
  • Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies
  • Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored learning
  • Encourage independence and build confidence in every child

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with children or young people (school or care setting)
  • Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for SEN
  • Ability to adapt and work as part of a team
  • Relevant qualifications or willingness to train
