Crynodeb
This is a part time role for a Tumble Tots Trainer located in and around the Loughborough area. The Trainer will be responsible for assisting young children and parents in fun and engaging physical activity sessions in a safe, engaging and structured environment. The trainer will also guide children through activities designed to develop their motor skills, coordination, and confidence while ensuring safety and engagement for every participant. Responsibilities include setting up and packing away equipment, interacting with parents, joining in with circle times and songs, and providing exceptional guidance and support to children in age appropriate group sessions.
Drivers licence essential as we run from 4 different centres 4 days a week. School Term time only. Thursdays - Loughborough 8.45-1pm and Fridays - Ashby 8.45 - 2pm, also when necessary to cover for sickness/absence at our other centres, Mondays - Mountsorrel 8.45-1pm. Tuesdays - East Leake 8.45-1pm.
Qualifications
Experience working with children is desirable, but not essential as full training will be given, combined with patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
Strong organizational and time management skills to assist and conduct sessions effectively.
Excellent communication skills to interact positively with children, parents, and colleagues.
A good level of physical fitness and stamina to demonstrate and lead physical activities with energy and enthusiasm.
Relevant certifications or training, such as First Aid, Safeguarding, or a childcare qualification, are highly beneficial.
DBS check will be applied for the right applicant.
