Summary
Restaurant Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
Manage and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service
Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance management
Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and food quality
Manage stock control, suppliers, and basic financial reporting
Resolve customer queries and ensure guest satisfaction
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of Nepalese and Indian food culture (preferred)
Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy service
Good organisational and problem-solving skills
