In challenging times for local government, the Council is facing difficult decisions on how to meet the needs of the whole community with a reducing budget. To meet the estimated financial savings, the Council is looking to make fundamental changes to meet the unprecedented challenges ahead.

The Council's central transformation team has an important role to play in supporting and delivering a range of projects across all service areas in line with the Council's corporate transformation agenda.

A high performer with expertise in creating efficiencies through the implementation and sustainable operation of Lean Systems Thinking and change management techniques, you will predominantly be supporting the Connecting Care project, implementing a new IT system to help deliver a change in work culture and processes, enabling services to work efficiently and effectively.
