Summary
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily financial operations including billing, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
2. Manage client invoicing, contractor timesheets, and collections for permanent and temporary placements
3. Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
4. Process payroll for internal staff and placed contractors, including commissions and incentives
5. Ensure compliance with financial, tax, and employment regulations applicable to staffing agencies
6. Maintain accurate financial records and coordinate with external accountants and auditors
7. Develop and improve financial and administrative policies and procedures
8. Supervise administrative and finance staff to ensure operational efficiency
9. Manage contracts, vendor agreements, and insurance documentation
10. Support leadership with financial analysis, cost control, and process improvement initiatives
