Responsibilities
Polish newly painted panels, removing dirt inclusions and ensuring a factory-level finish
Carry out smart repairs including windscreens, plastics, and interior trim
Remove scratches and complete minor paint corrections
Complete leather repairs
Accurately complete all company documentation and follow procedures
Manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines
Support and train new team members when required
Requirements
Previous experience as a Smart Repair Technician/Bodyshop Technician
Full UK Driving Licence
Ability to work independently and make decisions on vehicle repairs
Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Passion for the motor industry and high customer standards
Willingness to support and mentor junior technicians
