Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our busy Professional Support Team within the school. Working within a dedicated team you will assist with the co-ordination and administration of student placements within healthcare settings. You will also assist with the co-ordination and administration of the administrative functions of the School, including support for staff and students, maintenance of School records and responding to queries both face to face, on the phone and by e-mail.

You will have recent work experience of a busy administrative office but don’t worry if that’s not from the Education Sector, or placements, as there will be training to help. You will need to work flexibly across our wider Team where required, actively and positively participating. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to multitask whilst maintaining the quality of your work.

We are a friendly team who pull together to get things done and pride ourselves on doing it well. If this sounds like you, and you like the sound of us, please apply! We’re looking forward to extending a warm welcome to our new Team member.

The position we are filling is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and a satisfactory DBS disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service is required as part of our clearance procedures.

Please be advised that due to the minimum salary thresholds imposed by the UKVI, this post will not qualify for University sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route.

If you are shortlisted, your interview will take place in person, on campus.

Please note that the University may ask you to participate in a number of selection activities as part of the recruitment process for this vacancy.
