Salary: From £28,000

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week over 5 days. Shifts will include weekends and bank holidays.

Location: Erigmore Holiday Park, Erigmore House, St Mary's Rd, Birnam PH8 0BJ

You will have overall responsibility for the administrative and reception service on park, leading the reception team to ensure excellent service is provided as standard. You will work closely with all the teams on park, and at our head office to ensure that administrative tasks such as banking, invoicing, new starter paperwork, training etc. are completed in a timely manner. The role is key to ensuring that the park administration runs smoothly and our guests receive a warm welcome and lasting first impression of the park. Getting the details right really matters, and that’s why being Brilliant at the Basics is at the heart of this role. From organisation and communication to problem-solving and supporting the wider team, you’ll help ensure everything is in place for our parks and people to thrive.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in an administrative role and with managing people and processes. Experience of delivering exceptional customer service is essential, as is experience coaching others on administrative tasks. You will need to be competent using IT, have excellent communication skills and a friendly and professional attitude.
