Summary

We are delighted to be able to offer an exciting opportunity to join our Learning, Teaching and Research team within Student and Library Services at Teesside University. We are looking to appoint a full time permanent Experience and Engagement Coordinator who will be part of a Coordinator team who will work together to coordinate the delivery of Library and Student Life services. This role has a focus to ensure that the Learning, Teaching and Research team offer outstanding customer-centred services to our customers and will oversee the provision and coordination of physical and online spaces that provide an effective gateway into wider Student Life services for our student body.

There will be day to day pastoral line management responsibility within this role alongside the day to day supervision and support to our teams providing customer focused services across all service hours. This is a full time permanent role, working 37 hours per week, including working one evening per week until 19:00 and starting one morning per week at 08:00, supporting our service delivery.

We are looking for individuals who can bring enthusiasm and energy into our team along with organisation skills that will support the effective coordination of the services that sit within the Learning, Teaching & Research team portfolio. Having a solid level of digital literacy will be an advantage when coordinating those services that sit in an online environment.
