Bayleaf Care is delighted to be recruiting three SEND Teachers to join The Guild Hall School, a brand-new, purpose-built specialist independent school in Burton upon Trent, opening in April 2026. Conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Burton train station, the school will support pupils aged 7-18 with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD).
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a founding team, helping to shape the vision, culture and success of a new specialist provision from day one.
About The Guild Hall School
The Guild Hall School will provide high-quality, individualised education and care for up to 40 pupils, all supported on a 1:1 basis. Our bespoke curriculum will be designed around each learner's unique needs, with a strong focus on:

The Role
As a SEND Teacher, you will play a central role in delivering outstanding teaching and shaping a nurturing, inclusive learning environment. Working closely with the Headteacher and wider multidisciplinary team, your responsibilities will include:

About You
We are looking for an experienced, compassionate and inspirational SEND Teacher who is passionate about supporting pupils with PMLD and complex needs.
Essential requirements include:
