impact? At Superdrug, we’re looking for a Regional Nurse Manager to lead and inspire our in-store London Nurse team.
Location: Field Based –

Hours: 37.5 hrs per
week

Nurse Manager, the Regional Nurse Manager leads a team of Nurses’ to deliver

What You’ll Be Doing:
Deliver the Nurse clinic and private services budget.
Lead, coach, and develop Nurses to provide exceptional
patient care and customer experience.
Implement best practice and optimal working across all
clinics.
Build strong relationships with local authorities, GPs,
hospitals, and key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, clinical audits, and governance
standards.
Promote healthcare services to customers and stakeholders.
Support recruitment, induction, and ongoing development of
the Nurse team.
Stay up to date with
NHS, Public Health, and private sector healthcare requirements.
⚕️ We’re Looking
For:
Significant experience leading a team of clinical experts in
a field-based role.
Understanding of retail or commercial business principles.
Experience as a Revalidation lead.
Strong planning and time management skills in a fast-paced
environment.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
extensively (including overnight stays).
