Healthcare Manager and lead a team of pharmacies to success!
Reporting into Head of Healthcare Operations, in this role, you’ll take ownership of your region, creating
and implementing a strategic business plan to achieve targets and foster a
culture of outstanding customer care. You’ll ensure compliance with legal and
professional standards, build strong relationships with local commissioners,
and champion innovation in pharmacy services.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead & Coach: Support pharmacy teams to hit KPIs and
deliver exceptional service.
Strategic Growth: Drive NHS items growth, commissioned
services, and private opportunities.
Develop Talent: Create development plans for Pharmacy
Managers and Pharmacists.
Ensure Compliance: Oversee audits and adherence to SOPs.
Build Networks: Strengthen relationships with healthcare
professionals and internal teams.
Empower Teams: Support ER resolution and foster a positive
work environment.
⚕️ We’re Looking
For:
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Commercial acumen and results-driven mindset.
Experience managing remote teams.
In-depth knowledge of the Pharmacy Contract.
Full UK driving licence.
