GRADE D SCP 6 - 11 (£25,989 - £28,142) FTE ACTUAL SALARY £12,630.88 - £13,677.26 21 HOURS PER WEEKTERM TIME PLUS 5 DAYSPERMANENT CONTRACTREQUIRED ASAPSt. Catherine’s CE Primary School are looking to employ an enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and popular school. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude to all aspects of school life and be able to work as part of a team. They will have the ability to maintain our high standards and have a firm belief in the potential of all children. WE ARE SEEKING A PASSIONATE CANDIDATE WHO:

YOUR MAIN DUTIES WOULD BE:

  • To work with and supervise individuals and groups of students under the direction/instruction of teaching and/or senior staff. inclusive of specific individual learning needs, supporting target setting for students and enabling access to learning for all students.
  • Assisting in managing students’ sometimes significant and challenging behaviour through the use of a range of strategies and techniques.
