Summary
Experienced Residential Property Lettings/ Management Agent required to take charge of our Birkdale residential lettings and property management office.
Applicants must be experienced self starters capable of taking charge of our lettings and management business.
Ideal opportunity for someone to take the lead role in our lettings and management business. Must be able to work part of our team to seek out new business and service it once obtained.
Flexible hours to suit domestic/ personal commitments.
Generous basic and performance related remuneration package. Four weeks paid annual holidays/ pro rata + bank holidays. Four weeks sick pay after qualifying period. Paid healthcare benefits insurance. Employers pension contribution.
