The Temporary Staffing Office is the primary supplier of all temporary Admin and Clerical staff to Lancashire Teaching Hospitals. We’re currently recruitingAdmin and Clerical Officersfor both short-term and long-term placements in a range of departments throughout the Trust.

What skills are we looking for?
• Accurate typing and strong keyboard skills
• General administrative tasks – filing, photocopying, and more
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Reception and front desk experience
• Confidence using databases and IT systems

As a member of the Bank team, you will be required to work across a variety of departments within the Trust. This role demands flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to quickly integrate into different teams and environments to ensure continuity of service.

• Responding to external and internal telephone queries from staff, patients and
others and referring to appropriate person.
• Communicates with a range of staff, users and visitors to the Trust /
Department utilizing a variety of communication methods including verbal,
electronic and passing information in a format that is appropriate to the
individual request.
• Filing of reports and results.
• Typing of minutes
